……The weekend began quickly…..and by quickly I mean we barely had time to make Honey Mustard Chicken mini-sandwich’s before it was time to be at the first stop – Darkside of the Boom – here in Louisville. It was birthday celebration time – with a massive Void soundsystem and B52 backups for good measure. Was really excited for a few sets that night – at the end of it all – we were talking mad jive on the front porch of the Spacedome – 5am style. Good times all around – and a late one on the eve of a 3+ hour roadtrip south looming Saturday.

After a good amount of recovery Saturday afternoon – and some work setting up a soundsystem for a friends gig the same night – we headed to Paducah – if you have never heard of it – its a small town in KY – and from the minute we arrived – things were great. Couldn’t have been happier with all the new faces and quick friends. They definitely knew how to boogie – and we went hard until the early morn.
