So, I am sure you realize, if you are into dance tunage at all, that Germany has been a hub of fresh, cutting edge EDM for a long time. Berlin has brought you sooooo many of them, and really the country has been on the forefront of new styles, new genres, and it allows its future stars the flexibility to bypass standard typesets and expectations. Artists push boundries there. I’m FOR that.
When people think “German Dance Music” – they probably think techno, hard dance, and trance. Rightfully so, I mean, ATB calls Germany home after all. I want to turn you guys on to a group of guys that really only started putting things out about a year ago. They call their genre “SUPER-HOUSE” (how could I ignore that?) – and to me, its a fitting description. I hear in their work – the fringe benefits of techno and deep house, but with an energy and purpose that eludes so many producers today.
